DUNCAN INGLIS
Director
A co-founder of the company, Duncan has over 15 years experience in implementing area based regeneration. He specialises in working with local authorities, regeneration agencies and registered social landlords (RSLs) to develop wide ranging and innovative regeneration initiatives. He is retained by a number of public sector partnerships to advise on implementing Housing Market restructuring, neighbourhood programmes and the establishment of delivery frameworks.

MARIE HODGSON
Director
Marie was previously Head of Special Projects at English Partnerships and was instrumental in the development of the Millennium Communities Competition. She has a thorough understanding of the complexities of operating at the public/private sector interface, knowledge which proved invaluable during her membership of the Urban Taskforce Working Group chaired by Lord Rogers of Riverside. Marie has worked extensively with a number of Urban Regeneration Companies and private sector developers. She specialises in strategic development advice, development management and cross sector partnerships.

ROBERT FLEMING
Director
One of the founders of the company, Robert has an economic and property background. He specialises in implementing complex projects, working on programme management, business planning and funding, and area based strategies. Robert works on behalf of a broad spectrum of clients including local authorities, property developers, housing associations and regeneration partnerships.

MARK GILBERTSON
Senior Consultant
Mark has over 10 years experience in the field of economic regeneration. He has led on the delivery of a number of employment and enterprise programmes across the North West, including his previous role as Economic Projects Manager within Knowsley Council. Mark specialises in business planning, funding procurement and project development. He has a proven track record and is retained by a number of local authorities and RSL's, to support the delivery of a range of economic development projects, from major capital schemes through to social enterprise development.

PHIL COLLINGS
Senior Consultant
Phil's expertise lie in the fields of financial modelling, site assembly and development management. Working with a range of public and private sector clients, he has played a leading role in the coordination and implementation of major regeneration initiatives across Merseyside, greater Manchester, South Yorkshire and the West Midlands. In addition, Phil is a PRINCE2™ accredited project manager and has recently passed his Masters in Urban Renewal with distinction.

SIMON BORKIN
Consultant
Simon joined Inner City Solutions in 2008 after graduating from the University of Manchester. As part of his studies, Simon completed an internship at the European Parliament where he worked as a parliamentary assistant to a UK MEP. Simon is currently involved in the development management of a number of area-based regeneration projects with a focus in stakeholder consultation. He has also provided analytical and consultation support for several business and enterprise programmes.

AYSHA JOHNSON
Consultant
With a broad-based background in regeneration, Aysha joined Inner City Solutions as an economic development specialist. Working for other leading public and private organisations, she played a critical role in the development and implementation of major regional and area-based regeneration initiatives including the River Tyne North Bank Economic Masterplan and the Central Manchester Strategic Regeneration Framework. Aysha has first class communication and analytical skills, and has recently received a Master of Public Administration with distinction.

CHRIS LEES
Consultant
Chris is Inner City Solutions' most recent appointment; he has worked previously in the financial and mobile communications industry having graduated from the University of Liverpool with a first class honours degree in Economics & Economic History and an MSc in Finance. Chris works across the three areas within Inner City Solutions specialising in economic modelling through quantitative research and analysis.

NATALIE SEVERS
Office Manager - Liverpool
Natalie has responsibility for the Liverpool office's financial management, human resources and IT. She ensures that the Liverpool operation runs to the highest professional standards and co-ordinates staff training in line with our Investors in People status. Natalie holds a BSc (Hons) in Organisation and Management Studies and has successfully completed the IOSH Managing Safely Course and the Basic First Aid for Appointed Persons training. She also arranges many of the staff functions, including our annual Christmas trip to Amsterdam.

Office Manager - Manchester
Nicola oversees the operational running of the Inner City Solutions Manchester office, providing administrative, financial and IT assistance. Nicola has over 7 years experience of working in a Chartered Surveying and Property Auction environment and holds an NVQ Level III in Business Administration as well as First Aid for Appointed Persons.
