LATEST NEWSFollowing a tender Inner City Solutions and GVA Grimley have been appointed to undertake a strategic evaluation of the progress of the HMR Pathfinder.
The work will review projects, delivery structures, governance, and the role of the Pathfinder as strategic leader of the programme.
In particular the commission is opportune, in assessing the potential for local housing markets to revive themselves following the emergence of the UK from recession. Furthermore the work will recognise the role of the Homes and Communities Agency as a strategic partner to the Pathfinder.
The Inner City Solutions team will bring their experience of similar evaluations for Furness and West Cumbria and Liverpool HMR programmes.
